Availability serves as a guide for students when selecting a session time. Sessions booked within a tutor's availability are considered preferred booking times although, students may still be able to request sessions outside of those hours depending on the tutor's settings and scheduling rules. Availability does not automatically block all other times unless a scheduling conflict exists.
Managing Your Availability
Tutors can create and update a weekly availability schedule at any time. Any changes made to availability are reflected anywhere students can book sessions and are synchronized across web and mobile devices.
On Web
Navigate to Account Settings > Availability.
Click and drag on the calendar to create an availability block.
Drag the edges of a block to adjust the start or end time.
Drag the entire block to move it to another time.
Delete a block when it is no longer needed.
Select Clear All to remove all availability.
Your availability schedule is displayed using your selected time zone.
On Mobile
Navigate to the Account Settings > Availability.
Select a day of the week.
Choose a start and end time.
Save your changes.
