If you can't make it to the session because the time no longer works for you, or because you need to change the duration, you can always reschedule!

If you need to cancel a session, you can do so directly from the session request on your Sessions page. You can find the Cancel session option at the bottom of the session details page. You will be prompted to provide a reason as to why you are canceling. We suggest letting your students know as soon as possible.

While there aren't any cancellation fees, you may lose your privileges if multiple cancellations are reported. Please be mindful when you are scheduling a session and make sure you are successfully communicating any changes with students!
