How to Clear Your Browser's Cookies

Solve common login issues on multiple browsers

To clear your browser/website data for joinknack.com, follow the steps related to your current browser (Windows and macOS):

Google Chrome

  1. Click on the menu (three dots) in the top-right corner and click on 'Settings'.

  2. A new window will open. On the left pane, go to 'Privacy and security' and click on the option called 'Clear browsing data' on the right.

  3. Select a time range for 30 days, then scroll down and click on 'Cookies and site data'.

  4. Select "Clear Data" and submit the form.

    1. Note: This may log you out of other sites you are auto-logged into.

  5. Once completed, open a brand new Chrome window for the changes to take effect.

Safari

  1. Click on the Safari menu in the top-left corner and then click 'Preferences'.

  2. A new window will open. Go to the 'Privacy' tab and click on the 'Manage Website Data…' button.

  3. Type in joinknack.com in the 'Search' field in the top-right corner.

  4. The list on the window will show the Knack website only. Click on the shown entry and then click on the 'Remove' button at the bottom-left to successfully remove all of the cookies and site data. Finally, click on the 'Done' button on the bottom-right to close the window.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click on the menu (three lines) in the top-right corner and click on 'Settings'.

  2. A new tab will open. On the left pane, go to 'Privacy & Security'.

  3. Scroll down to 'Cookies and Site Data' and click on the 'Manage Data…' button to the right.

  4. A new window will open. Type joinknack.com in the 'Search websites' field in the center of the window.

  5. The list on the window will show the Knack website only. Click on the shown entry and then click on the 'Remove Selected' button at the bottom-left to successfully remove all of the cookies and site data. Finally, click on the 'Save Changes' button on the bottom-right to close the window. You may close the 'Settings' tab after that.

Microsoft Edge (Chromium)

Note: The steps only apply to the Chromium version of the Edge browser. The standard version of the Edge browser does not support site-specific cache deletion.

  1. Click on the menu (three dots) on the top-right corner and click on 'Settings'.

  2. On the left pane, go to 'Cookies and Site Permissions' and click on the first option called 'Manage and delete cookies and site data' on the right.

  3. Under 'Cookies and data stored / Cookies and site data', click on 'See all cookies and site data'.

  4. Type joinknack.com in the 'Search cookies' field at the top.

  5. The list on the page will show the Knack website only. Click on the 'Remove all shown' button above the list to successfully remove all of the cookies and site data. You may close the 'Settings' tab after that.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Note: Microsoft Internet Explorer has been discontinued and replaced by Microsoft Edge. We strongly suggest to update your browser to avoid other browsing issues.

  1. Navigate to joinknack.com to delete cookies and cache.

  2. Press F12 on your keyboard to launch the 'Developer Tools' and go to the 'Network' tab.

  3. Click on the 'Clear browser cache' button or press Ctrl + R on your keyboard. This will successfully remove all the cookies and site data. You may close the 'Developer Tools' window after that.
