Once you’ve submitted your asynchronous support question or paper, you can view your submission by clicking the 'Submissions' tab in the top right corner of your screen.
On the Submissions page, you can view your recent submissions and their status (submitted, in progress, or completed).
Completed submissions that are older than 2 weeks and canceled submissions will be automatically moved to your 'Past Submissions' page.
Editing or Canceling a Submission
Submissions can only be edited or canceled if a tutor has not started working on it (aka when it is not in “In Progress”). To edit a submission, go to your 'Submissions' page and click on the card that you would like to modify. From there, you can choose 'Edit submission' or 'Cancel request'.
Remember, if a tutor has started working on your question already, you will be unable to edit or cancel the question.
When editing a submission, you can change your description and add/remove files. You cannot change the subject of the question. If you would like to change the subject, you need to cancel the question and submit a new one with the desired subject. Don’t forget to click 'Update submission' when you're done!
Reviewing a Response
After receiving a response from a professional tutor, you can view their response and leave a review. While reviews are not mandatory, we strongly encourage you to provide feedback as it plays a crucial role in ensuring our tutors are providing the highest quality of support possible!
