What is the Session Recap?

Session recaps (see below) are required to be filled out by students after completing each session here on Knack. This recap will ask for 3 items:

  1. Rating the session from 1-10.

  2. Your confidence level, both before and after the session, in your understanding of the course material you received tutoring for.

  3. A recap of your session, which can include: a summary, next steps laid out by your tutor, things to continue practicing, etc.

Are Recaps Required?

Recaps are required to be filled out for all sessions. You will be withheld from attending any further sessions until the unfulfilled recap is submitted and the session is marked as completed.

Why do I need to fill out a recap?

As a student, recaps are an integral part of the learning process. Filling out a recap allows you to have a resource to reference if you are in need of a reminder, and provides an area to summarize your learning directly after it occurs. Additionally, answers to the first 3 questions can show the impact of peer tutoring, and provide Knack with key data to continue improving the experience for students.
