We try our hardest to provide a smooth experience and ensure that you never have an issue on Knack. Whenever there is an issue, we strive to resolve it as fast as possible.

If you have an issue with a session, please let us know immediately. Head to the Sessions tab, click on the appropriate session, and click "Issue with session?". Please provide an accurate explanation of the issue; we'll be in contact shortly.
