You can view all of your active sessions, which include your session requests and scheduled sessions, under Sessions in the menu on the top of the page. You can also see session details by clicking on a specific session.

The session details page shows the date and time of the session, the name of the course and the tutor, the students invited to the session, the images shared with other participants prior to the session (if any), the location of the session, and multiple options to edit the session, plus an option to report an issue with a session.

Session Statuses

Sessions will be marked with a certain status tag to easily identify it's current state. Below is a run down of each tag.

  • Scheduled: Sessions tagged with "Scheduled" are sessions that have been created but not yet taken place.

  • Missing: A session tagged with "Missing" is a session that has gone 72 hours past the start time without being logged as completed.

  • Completed: Sessions are completed when the tutor submits their post session recap, and then the student does the same.

  • Cancelled: Sessions marked with "cancelled" have been manually cancelled by one of the involved parties within the session, or by Knack itself.

  • Recap Required: Sessions marked with this tag require the student recap to be submitted. Payment is held until the recap is submitted. Sessions tagged with this will be outlined in red, and tutors are encouraged to reach out to the student ASAP for a quick resolution.

Past Sessions

Your past sessions include your completed, missed, and canceled sessions.

For completed sessions, the session details page will also include the actual duration of the session, a payment summary, and the given review to the tutor, in addition to the basic session details.
