Rescheduling an Upcoming Session
If you need to reschedule an upcoming session, you can do so directly from the session request. At the bottom of the session details page, you have the options to 'Propose New Time' and 'Propose New Duration'. Once you have submitted changes, it will automatically update for both you and the tutor.
Rescheduling Past Sessions
If you liked your last session with your tutor and would like to have another one with them, you have the ability to reschedule!
Go to the sessions tab and select the last session you had with your tutor
Select the 'Reschedule Session' button that shows up at the top right corner of your session details page
Enter the details for your new session. The tutor will be notified and must accept the rescheduled session.
Scheduling Recurring Sessions
If you foresee you'll need to hold multiple sessions with your student, you're able to schedule weekly sessions in one go with the Recurring feature! To have a closer look at how the feature works, please check out the short tutorial below by our Product/UX Designer, Hae-Yang Chang!
