The Administrator Dashboard is designed to provide details about the performance of your school's Knack program.

Overview

The Overview page is designed to provide a high-level overview of how your program is performing. There are 3 sections to understand on the Overview page:

What you need to do

In this section, you will see what you need to do to help your students get the most out of Knack. This includes promoting the program and recruiting tutors.

At-a-glance

In this section, you will see key data points that provide you with an idea of how well your program is performing. You can see helpful numbers such as number of sessions completed, number of courses covered, number of active tutors, etc.

Tip: If you are not sure what a data point means, you can hover your mouse over the point's header to receive a brief explanation.

Courses that need more tutors

In this section, you can see the top 5 courses in your program that need more tutors. These courses are ordered by the number of student requests with 0 responses from tutors. This section is intended to assist you in pinpointing exactly which courses to promote when recruiting tutors. These numbers are updated every 30 days.

Analytics

The Analytics page is designed to provide you with detailed data points on your Knack program. On the page, you can find two tabs: Sessions and Courses.

Sessions

In the Sessions tab, you can see key data points about the sessions your students are having. Some of the numbers you can see include 'Sessions completed', 'Student contact hours', 'Students who have had a session', 'Tutors who have had a session', and 'Gender breakdown by sessions'. You can also see a date range filter which allows you to see exact numbers from whichever time period you choose.

Courses

In the Courses tab, you can see key data points about the courses your students are seeking tutoring in. Some of the information you can see include 'Course health', 'Course demand - unsupported', and 'Course activity'. Similar to the Sessions tab, there is a date range filter which allows you to see exact numbers from whichever time period you choose.
